28th Annual General Meeting of Lumanti Support Group for Shelter was held in Kathmandu on 26th Nov 2021, Friday. The event began with the welcome remarks from the Vice Chair Mr Narayan Prasad Bhattarai. Followed by the welcome remarks was the Annual Progress Report Presentation by the General Secretary Mr Anil Sthapit and the presentation of Annual Financial Report presentation by the Treasurer Ms. Bijaya Raj Vaidhya. Both the reports were unanimously endorsed by the Annual General Meeting.
 

Immediately after the presentation, the floor was made open for queries and concerns by the members which was facilitated by the Senior Manager cum General Member Mr. Mahendra Shakya. Executive Director Ms. Lajana Manandhar responded the queries and concerned raised by the members. 
 

On the occasion, the video documentary titled 'Heritage resettlement recovery plan: Envisioning the future with communities' produced by Lumanti was also showed. 
 

The Annual General Meeting also decided to hire the auditor for the next fiscal year. It was also decided to replace nominate Ms. Yatra Sharma as the new Executive Committee Member replacing Dr Madan Manandhar. Dr. Manandhar has resigned from the Executive Committee due is his health condition. 
 

The Annual General Meeting was concluded with the vote of thanks and concluding remarks from the Chairperson of Lumanti Dr. Anita Manandhar.
